The Department of Computer Engineering, in association with COMPESA, organized an expert lecture on 21st January 2026 from 9:15 AM to 11:15 AM. The topic of the lecture was “Personality Development and Soft Skills”, delivered by the expert Ms. Surabhi Patil.

The program began with the felicitation of the expert by the Head of the Department, Dr. S. A. Lakade. This was followed by a welcome speech and introduction of the guest by Ms. A. D. Ganbawale.

The session was then handed over to Ms. Surabhi Patil, who started with an interactive discussion with the students. She engaged with the third-year students in a life coaching session focusing on mindset shifts, confidence building, and emotional growth. She also highlighted the importance of personality development and soft skills in both personal and professional life.

The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. M. A. Ballal. All teaching and non-teaching staff of the Computer Engineering Department were present and actively supported the successful conduct of the session.
